Join us as an Employability Adviser, delivering the Restart Scheme helping long-term unemployed adults (6 months or more) find sustainable employment. We have positions available in both our Blackpool & Carlisle offices.
Employment Specialists (Barrow, Carlisle & Workington)
As an Employment Specialist, you will deliver tailored vocational profiling, career planning, job matching and in-work coaching to ensure participants not only gain employment but are supported to thrive within it via the Connect to Work programme, using the evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
