The Employee of the Season goes to Shelley Myers, Administration Assistant in the Barrow office.

Shelley constantly displays a can-do attitude in her role. She is a great asset to the team supporting advisers on all the contracts.  Shelley has played a large part in the success of Youth Contract ensuring monitoring and completion of forms takes place at the appropriate time.

Keen to develop, Shelly is always willing to take on additional duties such as being Health and Safety and IYSS representative for Furness and has been a mentor/buddy to several admin apprentices supporting them through their induction period and onwards.

Shelley is passionate about NCS and has volunteered to be a Group Assistant again this year. Outside of work, Shelley is a fitness fanatic and is constantly arranging walks, runs and other various energetic pursuits for all the team to take part in at weekends!
