Digital Marketing Assistant

2. How long have you been with Inspira?

I joined Inspira in March 2015.

3. Can you give me a brief description of what you do there?

I am responsible for the company’s digital communications across the intranet, websites and social media pages, as well as maximising opportunities to promote the company brand, enhance the digital user experience, editing web and social media content and monitoring traffic and engagement.

4. What made you want to join Inspira?

I wanted to be part of an organisation whose mission is to give people a hand up and empower them with the skills and knowledge to make improvements in their own lives.

5. What do you like best about the job you are doing?

The best part of my job is social listening.  Really listening to what people are talking about and finding out what is important to them.

6. Can you tell me something about yourself that maybe your work colleagues wouldn’t know?

I am a news junkie.  I started working for a U.S. broadcast station at the age of 19 when I was still in University.  It just so happened that the television station was located in Waco, Texas where Mount Carmel and the Branch Davidians were located.
