After hearing your feedback from the Staff Conference, we want to change the way we communicate with each other. 

The three main issues you highlighted were that you “wanted more promotion of achievements and good news”, second that you wanted to see “better communication between staff and areas” and third, that you would like to see “more updates on the contracts we have and what they provide”.

In order to improve the way in which we communicate with you, we would like to move away from sending out quarterly newsletters and explore different options that will enable us to disseminate information across the Company in a more timely, digestible manner.
