Inspira retains Matrix ‘Quality’ Accreditation

Inspira has been accredited to offer its National Careers Service programme for a further three years after meeting the Matrix quality assurance criteria.

The Matrix standard consists of four elements – leadership and management, resources, service delivery and continuous quality improvement – and confirms that the Cumbrian-based organisation is a professional and outcome-driven organisation that strives for ongoing improvement.

Chief executive Mark Bowman said: “It provides a benchmark for us to measure our advice and support as well as demonstrating that the service we offer our clients is of the highest quality.”
