Recently Chief Executive of Inspira Mark Bowman talked to In-Cumbria about our innovative Ready for Work programme.

With thousands of new jobs being created in Cumbria, Ready for Work has been created to support and develop the skills employers are looking for in local people.

“We’re really excited… this could be a massive programme for us and there’s no reason why it couldn’t be extended elsewhere,” Mr Bowman said.
