Why should you attend?
The event will provide local businesses, communities, partners and stakeholders with an insight into how the National Careers Service will support individuals with careers, skills, and training advice, to improve the lives of individuals and support economic growth and sustainable development in our area. It will provide an opportunity for you and/or your representative to discover how the National Careers Service will:
- Provide high quality, impartial careers guidance
- Offer practical advice for securing jobs and skills
- Allow people to research job opportunities easily
- Help people identify training programmes to improve skills
- Give people access to bespoke careers advice online and via a telephone service
This launch is one of many being hosted across the country to engage as many people as possible with the new service and what it has to offer.
