Quality Manager

Louise has extensive experience of working with young people delivering careers guidance in schools, developing and delivering careers education and youth work programmes, working with employers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for young people. Having worked in a variety of roles with young people, Louise took up her first managerial role in 2008. As the Team Leader for Allerdale, Louise managed a range of contracts and staff, to ensure successful delivery of services across the district and contributing greatly to the achievements of the company.

As Quality and Performance Manager Louise is responsible for ensuring the Company’s processes and practices, both internally and those of sub contractors, are provided to high standards of quality and compliance and that feedback from customers and stakeholders is acted upon appropriately. Louise has been instrumental in developing and maintaining effective quality assurance and performance management systems meeting both the needs of the Company and commissioners and ensuring successful achievement of a number of quality awards including ISO9001, Matrix and IIP. Throughout her career Louise has continued to study for a range of qualifications including Management qualifications and most recently gained an Internal Auditors qualification.
