The Role As an Employment Specialist, you will deliver tailored vocational profiling, career planning, job matching and in-work coaching to ensure participants not only gain employment but are supported to thrive within it. This will be done using the evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. You will be based from our office in either Barrow-in-Furness, Carlisle or Workington. What You’ll Be Doing:
