As we move on from the disappointment of transferring colleagues to Cumbria County Council a new era for the company begins. We wish everyone who has transferred the very best of luck, and now look towards our own future.

We must concentrate on the work we currently have, ensure we are meeting all the targets and plan for new work we hope will come online in the near future.

If we continue to develop our culture, to make sure we are matching the contracts, their targets and the money that brings us, to providing excellent career management and personal development solutions, we have every opportunity to become more successful, in Cumbria and beyond.
