The employee of the Season goes to Andrew Wallam, Personal Adviser based in the West Team.

Andy has worked for the Company for 21 years and throughout all that time has had an association with St Joseph’s School in Workington in one way or another. Andy is now working in other schools in the West, a move which prompted the head teacher, on behalf of the Board of Governor’s of St Joseph’s to write to the Company to express their gratitude and to commend him for his consistent “passion and commitment to helping young people”  along with the “calm, considered and knowledgeable service” provided to pupils during those years.
